On the morning of January 1, Wang Zhiyun, researcher of the Talent Work Department of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee, led a team to inspect the work of establishing the Provincial Talent Reform Pilot Zone in the two districts, and Chen Xiaojuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, visited the new district to meet. The research team visited Zhongshan Industrial Technology Research Institute, China Zhongshan Overseas Students Business Park, and Sino-Swiss (Europe) Innovation Center. Xu Xing, deputy director of the management committee of the new district, introduced the high-level talent introduction mechanism, the operation mode of major talent platforms, and the effect of talent policy fulfillment in the two districts on behalf of the two districts. Innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the two districts, Dr. Huang Shaohui of the "Hundred Talents Program" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other talent representatives had in-depth exchanges with the research team on the entrepreneurial work experience and bottlenecks encountered in the two districts. The provincial research team affirmed the exploration and innovation of the two regions in talent work, supported the two regions to continue to innovate talent systems and mechanisms, build a platform for high-end scientific research talents, and promote the visibility and influence of the two regions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
