Optical Analysis Instrument Sales Engineer: 1 position Salary: To be negotiated

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and fully execute the sales plan based on the company’s development strategy.

2. Work closely with the company’s product R&D, application services, and business support teams to provide targeted research services to existing and potential customers from universities, research institutes, and pharmaceutical companies, thereby driving product sales.

3. Collaborate and complement the company’s sales team leaders and distributors to provide uninterrupted follow-up services to all relevant personnel involved in every stage of product sales (including end-users, research teams, platform managers, and others).

4. Participate in the preparation and maintenance of market data, customer resources, sales records, and business documents.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; preference given to majors in biology, medicine, or chemistry.

2. Prior experience in the sales of scientific research instruments, reagents, and consumables—1 to 3 years—is preferred.

  Application Engineer (Molecular Interaction Analyzer): 6 positions Salary: To be negotiated

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Develop research applications of fluorescence-based spectroscopic molecular interaction analysis and nanoparticle characterization instruments in fields such as biomedicine, drug discovery, chemistry, materials science, and micro- and nanoscale sciences.

2. After training, you will be able to independently engage with customer needs, design and discuss experimental plans; carry out data collection and analysis for experiments, and meticulously and accurately document the experimental process; independently write research reports and communicate results with clients.

3. Able to accept business trips lasting a relatively long period (at least one-third of working hours) to address customers’ pre-sales and post-sales application needs on-site.

4. Assist marketing personnel in preparing product and application materials, provide technical and product consultations, and offer remote pre-sales and after-sales support and services.

5. Assist in carrying out other tasks assigned by the company.
 

  【Job Requirements】

1. Master’s degree holders in fields such as cell biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, molecular biology, biophysics, and analytical chemistry, with independent research experience and published academic papers.

2. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in liquid-liquid phase separation studies and confocal microscopy. Preference will also be given to candidates with experience in drug screening and the use of MST, SPR, or BLI molecular interaction analyzers. Candidates with 1–2 years of work experience will be given priority.

3. Able to devote oneself wholeheartedly to research, meticulous and conscientious in work, and possessing strong self-learning and logical thinking abilities.

4. Optimistic and cheerful, with strong initiative in communication and interpersonal skills, able to understand needs, solve problems, and resolve conflicts through effective communication.

After being hired for the above positions, all candidates must first undergo a one-month training period in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.
